Green Urea Process
The core difference between the green urea and traditional urea (using coal or natural gas as raw materials) is the low carbonization of raw materials, energy-saving processes, and resource utilization of emissions. The typical process is as follows:
1. Low carbon raw material preparation stage

2. Urea synthesis and refining stage
Reacting green ammonia with low-carbon CO₂ in a synthesis tower to produce ammonium carbamate (intermediate product), which is then dehydrated to form urea (CO (NH₂)₂), the reaction equation is:
2NH₃ + CO₂ ⇌ NH₂COONH₄ ⇌ CO(NH₂)₂ + H₂O

Wastewater treatment: Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is used to treat production wastewater, recover ammonia and urea, and achieve a water recycling rate of over 95%, avoiding ammonia nitrogen wastewater pollution in traditional processes.
Waste gas treatment: Unreacted NH3 and CO₂ during the synthesis process are recycled through a low-temperature condensation + adsorption recovery system, and the ammonia content in the exhaust gas is less than 10ppm (traditional processes are 50-100ppm).
