Green Jet Fuel Investment Fair & Signing Ceremony for Waste Oil Industrial Resource Utilization Base Cooperation Project

On the afternoon of September 15, the Green Jet Fuel Investment Fair and Signing Ceremony for the Cooperation Project of Waste Oil Industrial Resource Utilization Base, hosted by Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Protection Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Nanjing. The event aims to promote the recycling and resource utilization of waste oil and boost the industrial implementation and development of Used Cooking Oil-based Sustainable Aviation Fuel (UCO-SAF). Leaders and guests from local government authorities and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain gathered at the event to discuss industrial opportunities for UCO-SAF and jointly draw a new blueprint for green and low-carbon development.

The ceremony was attended by relevant leaders from the People’s Government of Xiangshan County, Xiangshan Investment Promotion Center, and Shipu Town People’s Government of Xiangshan County, enterprise representatives from Guangdong Yuanhao Oil Co., Ltd., Ningxia Ninglu Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hongxing New Energy Co., Ltd., Chuzhou Xutian Group, and Nature Space (Zhejiang) Planning & Architectural Design Co., Ltd., as well as the management team and core technical staff of Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Protection Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd.

Zhou Haiming, Director and Vice President of Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Protection Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., delivered an opening speech. He extended a warm welcome to all government leaders and enterprise guests present, and elaborated on the company’s original aspiration and vision of focusing on waste oil resource utilization and deploying the sustainable aviation fuel industry.

Subsequently, Kong Muxing, Foreign Trade Manager of the company, delivered a themed sharing on the current situation of the global UCO and SAF market, offering an in-depth interpretation of the global market landscape, industrial policies and development trends of sustainable aviation fuel. Chen Bin, Chairman of Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Protection Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., presented the forward-looking industrial development roadmap for the company’s UCO and SAF business. From multiple dimensions including technical routes, project planning and industrial layout, he introduced the planning concept of the waste oil industrial resource utilization base project and outlined the localized development path for green jet fuel in China.

During the guest speech session, Tang Yuanchao, Chairman of Guangdong Yuanhao Oil Co., Ltd., and Cai Xiangyang, President of Ningxia Ninglu Petrochemical Co., Ltd., delivered speeches successively. Based on their respective industrial perspectives, the guests shared their insights into the development of the UCO-SAF industry and expressed their willingness to deepen industrial chain collaboration and jointly promote the implementation of circular economy projects.

Witnessed by all guests, the official cooperation signing ceremony took place. On behalf of their respective companies, Zhou Haiming, Director and Vice President of Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Protection Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., and Tang Yuanchao, Chairman of Guangdong Yuanhao Oil Co., Ltd., completed the signing.

The signing marks a substantial step forward for the waste oil industrial resource utilization base project. Both parties will give full play to their respective advantages in resources, technology and market channels to jointly build a complete industrial chain covering waste oil recycling, processing and conversion into green jet fuel.
